Wrong replacement handles sent

Thank you so much for the replacement handles I received today. They look like the correct handles but do not fit on my literise blackout duette shade. Is it possible to look up my original order 5 years ago through Nancy Menia &;;; send the handles that will fit &amp; match my shade?

Wanted to know if the loop on the shade could be lowered

Wanted to know if the loop on the shade could be lowered. I was told the cords come in 36 and 48 inches and you would send me a 48 inch cord. I will then make contact with Tims in Manasquan who sells and installs the shade. User’s recommendation: Your customer service is excellent.

Wooden blinds don’t work. Have had service x2 but can’t operate

I paid for a repair x2 but still don’t work . Have spent OVER $30 K WTF. I won’t be made as if I can’t manage a set of blinds from the turn of the century User’s recommendation: I have had fabulous response in the past but now, not so much.

I bought two fans from Home Depot a year ago and within a year both fans have stopped working. Never again will I buy hunter douglas fans its ridiculous that the fans stopped working within 12 months

Hunter douglas fans motor stopped working as well as lights within a period of 12 months. I tried to get it resolved by calling Hunter Douglas but no call back. Never again am I buying one of these products. User’s recommendation: Do not buy hunter douglas products.
