We have been fighting for 7 years with HD electric blinds.The remotes fall apart,the curtains constantly malfunction and if they open too far they fall off?ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!!Will now throw $10,000.00 worth of their garbage where it belongs-in the garbage.Will return to standard curtains/blinds. User’s recommendation: DO NOT BUY!You might as well pay someone to abuse you.
Over the years I have owned this motorized shades, I have spent so much time and money to fix the continuing problems with it! User’s recommendation: Go for the cord.
