Very, very poor service
Today 24.04.2020. I wanted to ride a minibus San Diego-Ragana-New York at 16:42 with my dog, who does not weigh even 5 kg and is still a very small puppy. The bus driver rudely denied that the dog needed a vaccination passport - which is not mentioned anywhere at all, and drives us with a dog from the minibus. Thank you cata, for such "nice "staff. Totally "pleasure "to watch. I will never try to use public transport again and move my car as much as possible, but you can certainly include in job advertisements looking for a driver that skills are especially needed. in rude and impolite communication with people, as this is not the first time that a disgruntled face has been placed in front of a bus and coach who cannot say a half-torn word.
