Indecent, unresponsive
I'm confused about this lady's attitude, where I've used to "enjoy" the impolite attitude that prompted me to finally write. Remembering, I arrived at Plavnieki Health Center, the room was renovated and the instructions seemed strange as usual, I did not go to the family doctor's assistants, but at exactly 12:31 (reception until 13:00) I knocked on the door of Marina's office. When I opened the door, I kindly asked if I could be accepted, I received a sharp answer: "No, I will not accept you today!" Outside, there were no queues and at that moment they were serving one patient, I was confused and became more insistent, after which I received an indecent tone: "Go sign up, if they will accept you, then they will accept you!" If I remember correctly, the wording was exactly that, with no courtesy, such as hello, please excuse me. Thanks to my insistence, I was accepted, and it didn't end there. The reception time was pathetic, during which I had to hear several remarks and reprimands that I had arrived too late (confused). Currently, I am conducting research into the causes of health problems and, presenting the results of the analysis, I did not receive an interpretation of the results, as much as: "Here you are all right!" In addition, the attitude is about what I want, what I have come to be all right. And in order to be referred for further examinations, there was no initiative from the doctor, he had to insist again. there was no initiative from the doctor, he had to insist again. there was no initiative from the doctor, he had to insist again. As a GP patient, I care that the GP is polite so that people receive the most welcoming treatment so that they can count on the time of admission that is indicated. For people who have little understanding of medicine, to tell and interpret the results of the analysis in a comprehensible way. As well as to give instructions for further inquiries without request. Please refer others to comments on similar cases with this condyle. Thanks in advance!
