The Button is not functioning on 1 of the scones. I tried new batteries and again the button doesnt turn on the light. User’s recommendation: Check before ordering but didn’t think for a minutes how absolutely in sane for the price I paid.
Took forever and about 15 phone calls but they finally coordinated with vendor to return item Have to stay on top Of them User’s recommendation: Call daily for updates!!

Houzz responded. Company did not want to ship it due to high risk of breaking although they had already shipped one they left off the order…their fault. My contractor could not find a matching one so the broken one was installed. Not good. Now I have to look at the crack…not good. I called the contact t...

Poor service
The coffee was made terribly. When choosing an ice american with a little soy milk, I was given an almost full glass of soy milk diluted with water. "Amerikano "has 4 sour coffee shots. When I asked if it was American, I received a ridiculous answer from a young man. Thanks for the spoiled afternoon!
