Poor service
For the second year in a row (since the RNP changed the heating service company from Rigas Siltums to Siltumserviss Riga) we are facing problems at the beginning of the heating season... In 2020 we paid the bills RNP for heat, which was not because the heating "allegedly was connected" - on paper, but not in reality. The heat service Melbourne only fed with promises... In the end, there was a "war" with them all winter - we didn't have the heat, they - we solve... , the master has left (which he didn't have) and so on. This year on Wednesday (September 25, 2019) - your house is in line for tomorrow (so Thursday) for heating connection. Ok, we waited for Thursday - radiators cold. We call again - yes, the masters work hard, the heating must be tonight / tomorrow. Friday is coming - no heating. We call again - yes, the masters did not make time, in any case tonight must be.
