Launched at the last minute

We talked about the transfer in time. When the agreed time came, they could not be called, then the phone was switched off. As a result, we had to hurry to look for other carriers. Although the cost of the service they offer was lower than the competition, I don't highly recommend it, as it may come as me or worse.
