Poor service

Estimated day to receive the package December 29, home. A person sits at home all day, now at shows 18:44 and still has no news or commemorations. Looking at the online page, still shows the delivery date of December 29th. By calling the information phone, 15 min. it also failed to hear a living person. As far as you know, the courier, however, calls in advance and tentatively tells you the time interval when you could arrive, but only not this time. Complete ignorance and complete silence from DPD. This attitude is not normal.
