Horrible customer service from Solie (spelling)

I ordered a dress for New Year’s Eve and it did not get here until today January 3, I pay 22.58$ for shipping an Nguyen called HMS today to request a refund on the shipping the girl denied my request . I’ve ordered $600 worth of clothing in the last two weeks from HMS BUT NO MORE!!!!
