If not, we will take the product back from you in full. "Given the state of emergency in the country, it is unnecessary to go to Santa Ana, where no one will cover the travel expenses, we agreed that a refund will be made in the amount of damage, which will be assessed by their specialists. Both parties agreed that we are at peace. again, you have to call what's going on.It turns out that no one has sent an agreement to the courier by sending out.Smms from 110.shop came that the next week the courier will contact.It will take another week - nothing.Call 110.shop again, don't understand order, but no one sent it - sending it. It takes another 5 days and nothing.Call again and everything from the beginning. Promises to call back and simply ignores this promise. There is still a call, in the morning and in the afternoon, where we receive the same answer. At the moment, there was a customer service specialist who made it clear that they didn't care and if we wanted to, we could contact the responsible services. It is very sad that because of this attitude, no shipment will be made and this store will not be recommended to other acquaintances. We urge customers with negative experiences not to remain silent or to settle for the indifference of 110.shop management and not to allow the company to earn at the expense of the fact that people no longer have the patience to fight them.
