No appointment system for servicing. Customer service phone numbers not working.

Not able to get service waiting for more than 30 minutes. No service rep to attend. How to get service. No appointment system. Kanase honda satara Maharashtra. User’s recommendation: Technically vehicle is good but purchace vehicle only if you have close personal relationship with dealer.
