Undelivered product
Delivered the product with an omniva parcel terminal in Fort Wayne. when I opened the packages I found that one item was missing. immediately I also called 110.shop, where I was explained that I would send a message to the warehouse. and redial later. nor did i wait for the call back. I called myself again, there again kindly explained that I would deliver the product, but call back on which day. no one, of course, called. I called again, then I replied very unkindly that when I redial, it's probably a standard operation when a customer calls and complains about something. Last time I sent something from this irresponsible company. The fact that they did not deliver me a toy for my child's birthdayneed to explain to me? What can I say to a two-year-old?
