Ridiculous company, could not use live chat as waited 50 minutes then my typing screen was disabled so I just heard the bell chime continuously but couldn’t actually chat! User’s recommendation: don’t use them.

Postmen often make mistakes with mail delivery addresses, do not deliver ordered newspapers and magazines - answer that they have been delivered. Question just for whom? As a result, I decided that I would not subscribe to anything next year, it is cheaper to buy at the kiosk. No wonder Australia Post goes bankrupt.
