Cashier on a train smiles

I travel on a train from Lode to Cesim, 30. 03. 2017 10:05, cashier Albina gave a ticket that costs 0. 70 I gave 1 euro, the balance was given 0. 20 and left quickly. I'm not running. I didn't know that I could work without basic mathematics. 10 cents as if there is nothing, but if everyone smiles, then the extra money comes to the salary.
