Unscrupulous company, does not keep promises

DOES NOT ARRIVE AND DOES NOT ANSWER phone calls and sms after arranging transportation services and arranging a specific time. We agreed by phone, on the day when their arrival was scheduled, I sent a reminder sms, but I still spent an hour trying to call several times or get any answer to the sms "Will you be?" I'm sorry I didn't read how this "ethical" person has thrown others. Would be ashamed
