Low quality product
So knowing that it would be crazy at Christmas, I ordered a woodcut for my son in time in November, I didn't mind that the order was made in 2 weeks During the promised week. I waited patiently and finally when I could pick up the shipment, it was a big disappointment. I wrote to them that I was not satisfied with the quality, to which they agreed that the work was really bad. Promised to return the money or redo the shipment. the order will be with me. But nothing! No money returned no order corrected! 30 € for a cat under the tail! Communication is very poor, responds when you want to or ignores it.
