Warranty Disclaimer
I bought an LG mobile phone from Capital, used it for more than a year until it stopped working. Fee Capital for warranty repairs. Capital handed it over to MTTC service for repair, which refused to repair the warranty because the phone was thrown on the ground (the paint was peeled off in the corners of the phone during use, pictures in the appendix). Capital returns the phone with the paper that the warranty for this product is terminated. There is still no answer to my request to transfer it to another authorized service. At the same time, when contacting LG representatives and taking it to another LG authorized service, no physical damage was found and everything was repaired under warranty.
