Warranty not accepted

Bought a Hisense 55television in January 2021 Argos.warranty HIS426****. Screen showing lines down across black oblong at top. Only held television to move no knocks. Hisense wouldnt accept warranty. Not a Happy person. Our insurance say go back to Hisense.Your comments appreciated. Price £549.00

My tv won’t turn on

My tv wont turn on any more and is 11 months old the stand by button shows lit then once u try and put the tv on it all goes off .
