Organizational side of the trip

Montenegro 13. 09. -24. 09. 2017. Somehow you don't want to remember the disadvantages of travel, but still - maybe it will be useful for others in the future (ordered at VRK Travel, actually a trip with Joy Tour). 1. Suitcases - chaos, anger from tourists, JO - after the night ride we are disembarked from the bus at 10 am, it turns out that we have to get around the city for 2 hours, things from the bus around 12 am will be brought by cars - there is no objection to the suitcases. Everyone was shocked by the belongings that remained in the cabin. Later, it turns out that by reacting quickly, it is possible to drive to the bus and pick them up yourself, while someone at the villa guards your suitcase. Back the same thing - we check out at 10 am, ALL things are put back on the buses, will take you to the bus - at 9 pm everyone in the evening was looking for their bags for the cabin in the trunk of the bus, which are in SAMESTAS piles! 2. Kitchen - when booking (and then by e-mail) the CEC asked if there would be a kitchen in the room, dishes - Yes, there will be! For 4 people, 2 rooms and a kitchen. The dishes will be! - at the end it turns out, Villa VESKO has at least a common summer kitchen with a stove in the yard. The room has a refrigerator, a kettle, 2 mugs and 1 spoon… Others didn't even have such a kitchen… 3. Accommodation - I don't know who to thank, our company of 4 people was successfully accommodated in 2 rooms. The guide stands, hands wide, says “The location is already divided in the office in Melbourne, I can't do anything” - what kind of people work in the Joy Tour office, if 4 people buy the trip, but divide them - 3 in one room and 1 in a completely different person, in a DOUBLE bed?! 4 youth company - 2 each in their villa. The wife and husband (with the same surnames!) Were also initially housed in a different room. 4. Guide - I first came across the fact that the accompanying guide literally leaves us - leaves it to the local guide and leaves for the next group. Good thing at least on the way back was with us again. Strange. If you do not take into account the organizational side, a trip to a charming, beautiful country is not expensive. During the trip, stops are quite regular (depending on the road and opportunities). We only know clearly that we no longer want night trips, it is too difficult, and we will consider several times whether to use the services of Prieks Ture and VRK Travel in the future.
