I only received one of the two items ordered. Cannot get through to anyone on the phone – the order number keeps showing “Shipped”. They are not responding to any of my emails, which is what they instruct you to do when you call. Apparently there is NO customer service User’s recommendation: Skip them!
Even with different browsers, their order page doesn’t load one “some” of my computers, but on others. Feels like the page is requiring something uncommon.
It’s becoming a problem when you receive the catalog I try to order something and It is discontinued or sold out. How is that possible if I just receive the catalog. I ordered an item 3 months ago. Tiiko returned from a trip to Prague with a guide Alice - we would like to express our dissatisfaction: let's start with the second day we arrive in Prague to located in the hotel: 1) we arrive at the hotel 1 day before and make us run out of the whole bus with all our belongings and go in - but there we all graze like sheep now, because the check is from 14. 00! We got there for a while, then we were told to hang back on the bus with all our belongings again and drive to the center because the tour will take place sooner. The tour was ok -Zderek was ok! It ended around 5pm and had free time until 7. 15pm because 7. 30pm was a buggy. Alice warns everyone earlier: You just need nothing much (last time we eat 7. 00), because there will be such a chic dinner on board - the table will break from the dining room - leave a place in the stomach! The people also believed, drank beer and beat something minimally. But when we went to the hotel at 10 in the evening - we had to envy those who gave up the ship and went around the city and ate what they wanted, because we were all hungry!Giving over that money 450. 00Kr -salted meat, cabbage and even at the end of the plates collected off quickly... It was super! Well, you know, this people got caught up again - well, we're being fooled as much as we can! How can it do to the people! 2) Should I turn to consumers - because the whole nation went to the thermal pools of Karlovy Vary! And tell them on the bus that they have been closed for a long time until May! You didn't know it as a company? This is misleading consumers, I am specially driving because of it! And again frustration and lying. 3) In the morning at 8. 00 it is planned to leave the hotel for Karlovy Vary - everyone has paid for the excursion. We say to Alice that there is still a lack of people... to which the answer is - to blame! and the bus leaves. After a short time people call and ask where is the bus? Then Alice asks everyone if we will go after them? In order to be able to turn back in the driver, we had to drive another kilometer, and we leave the hotel for the second time at 8. 30. Was it really hard to wait 5 minutes, or was it better to hit the bus for an extra 20 km? Nightmare! And on the way back we will eat in Poland right on the first day in Łomża. Well okay... But after a while we get an answer - it's closed there, and then we were led to lunch est - at Macdonald's... it made everyone happy... I couldn't pay off with the card again.. You could watch others put burgers in! Cool! Do not really know other eateries - where delicious and at normal prices. There was also a cafe next to McDon - but there you can eat soup for 2. 00 dollars in some water... you take people to such places! There is no objection to the drivers - with all due respect, although the bus was broken for approx. 2. 30 hours. That's what Malachi prevented. Probably a lot of things are said... in the future when traveling, you will first have to collect feedback from the net about the guide and the company...
