Missing detail
I purchased a living room unit. We received only three of the 4 parts of the set during the week - in the fourth we have to wait 3 weeks from the manufacturer... Well, we brought them home (50km) and started putting them together. Instead of 4 hinges for one cabinet, only 3... weird. I called the store on the same day because I was supposed to have a man from Launceston, so I could bring this detail to me, but the store salesman strictly replied that he didn't know anything, he wouldn't have anything to give her from the display cabinet, and when I go to Optimus to write a complaint on the website, then maybe I will be contacted... I didn't understand what (maybe the manufacturer in Poland?: D) and then, together with another cabinet I would have, send the hinges. Of course, after such a satisfying answer, all the joy about the furniture disappeared... but that was not all. The fitting bag also did not have half the necessary screws, the opening mechanism of the bar with a shock absorber was also inserted... The most interesting thing is that I could not find an e-mail address anywhere on the website to contact the manufacturer or distributor, nor a section where the righteous could make a claim. Maybe someone can tell you where to look for it? Butter real. Think hard before buying Optimas furniture.
