Bought hearing aids 4/2020 been calling to no avail! Left message no reply! Have warranty on these things ! But what good is it if they dont answer the phone?

Horrible product.

I have been trying for almost a year to get help and when I contact the company I get a email and chat site. To talk them and get something help. And you get nothing. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy. Wasting time/money.
