Messed up orders

Update by user May 13, 2021 Issues still unresolved. Original review posted by user Apr 13, 2021 Sent wrong product and one item missing now all attempts to contact them by e-mail to get this corrected fails. User’s recommendation: Be aware their customer service sucks and they essentially have no e-mail contact.

Poor shipping policy

Ordered some dog glucosamine. Order said 4 to 8 shipping days. Today is day 9 and no glucosamine. When I go into my account and look at the order it says, Pending, not shipped, but Pending. Do Not Use this company! This is twice that this has happened to me with Healthy Pets. No more second chances!... Read more➤
