Original review posted by user Apr 13, 2021 Sent wrong product and one item missing now all attempts to contact them by e-mail to get this corrected fails. User’s recommendation: Be aware their customer service sucks and they essentially have no e-mail contact.
Ordered some dog glucosamine. Order said 4 to 8 shipping days. Today is day 9 and no glucosamine. When I go into my account and look at the order it says, Pending, not shipped, but Pending.
