No cards received

I used my point twice for the amazon card and have NOT received them. Wondering if this is just to track who is using the medication and if the points and prizes are just to sucker you in?

Not rewarded my points

The rewards program is a scam I tried to program twice using Spiriva respimat and when I rent to redeem my points for Amazon e-gift cards I never received nothing it is a scam just to get people to use their product I will no longer participate in the program and we’ll switch to a AstraZeneca product
