Poor service
11/18/2017 was scheduled for a trip to Italy with Joy Tour. Two weeks before the trip we were told that the trip would not take place and we would be refunded (we had bought 2 tickets, 314 dollars each). I sent an e-mail twice asking for a refund, and I called several times. On the phone, Joy employees sounded irritated and reluctantly answered me, explaining that the information had been passed to the accountant. I have been waiting for the money for 3 weeks, but no information about the possible return date has been given. To sign a contract with Prieks Ture, I traveled from Adelaide to Riga, spending money on the road and my time. 11/22/2017 I called Joy several times to find out when the money will be returned, but at first I did not receive any specific answers. He later explained to methat the money was sent to my Citadele bank account the day before, sent from Citadele bank account. The money was not credited to me. I contacted the bank where I was told that the money should have been transferred within a minute if the payment was actually made. I still haven't received the money. Because of this trip, I took a vacation at work, now I am sitting in Emerald without a trip, without money. I will no longer choose Prieks Ture services, although I have often traveled with Prieks Ture before.
