Terrible product and worse customer service

We recently bought a valve for our pool filter, it leaked. They referred me to 3 vendors to repair it. Two were not even affiliated with Hayward, 3rd one took forever to come out. Hayward pool pump

Hayward pool pumps are the worst!!! i paid over $600.00 For my pool pump and it burned up after 2yrs 8mo. It had plenty of water running through it and no plumbing problems with the pool pipes or filter it just died with no Warning. No noises just dead. I would not recommend these Pumps to anyone!!!!... Do not buy Hayward heaters

New 3 years ago. HD250FD. When it working it’s awesoome no doubt. So I’ve had 4 service calls and 2 parts replaced. We are max 6 month season and I use pool company for Winterizing and opening but as per Ontario laws, gas tech required $$ for service. Again on…
