Worst retail business

They are the worst online retail business I’ve ever used…first of all when you purchase something…you receive your delivery after the occasion (party, wedding or pre-summer vacation has passed, Their delivery cost is more than the price item, their so call blowout…
I ordered a ring and they charged my credit card and I never received it. I want my money back.

Wrapper damage.

Hello! Yesterday 17. 05. 2019 13:50 we received our shipment in terrible condition from iExpress courier. The box was deformed and even torn from one corner. The feeling that someone opened it. The courier, for his part, did not want to answer anything at all and left as soon as possible, starting to ask all questions to the iExpress Office. As a result, the shipment was damaged and there was expensive hardware inside - a power amplifier. Working capacity in working condition, but with visible damage. After the iExpress notice as a shipment they delivered a defective one and what solution they offered, the response was how the sender needed to open a complaint. Okay, but we already tell the sender, but we also get some low service for our money.
