This company has very poor business practices. You better hope your item fits because the representation of sizing is not product specific whatsoever. Placed a hat order on 3/15/18. On 3/16 was told on backorder. Emailed to check on order on 4/10 & was told it was scheduled to ship on 4/30. Emailed around 5/7 since I had not received item and, without explanation, I received an email which refunded me for the item….
