Poor service, irresponsible attitude

We had to live without a fire safety system for a month and a half. Nerves chuckled regularly calling the technical department, sleeping sleepily at night for fear of the company's safety. After a month, I finally managed to send a master. And the master arrives... without equipment. He clapped his hands and left. Of course, the monthly bills also continued to arrive and I was always waiting for the master. The final solution will appear only after a month and a half! What is the attitude?!
