I called this company to change my plane ticket and arrive in Australia about 2 weeks earlier due to the fact that mother got to the hospital and doctors did not give any hope. The return ticket had already been bought online. but at no extra charge, for no one is planning to leave the world. It turns out that this company can be called only on HIGH-priced phones... At first the attitude was quite understanding, but then suddenly it was announced that a death certificate was needed... I said that the person is still alive, that we can get a doctor's report, but the answer was - buy a new ticket, we can not help. Ticket prices were huge to fly from Denmark to Brisbane. Prices werethat could fly to Rio in one direction... The story ended with the man leaving without waiting for his daughter. I would advise you never to fly with this airline. If such events happen in life, Air Oceanian will never understand it.
