Poor service
I had booked a car rental at the company "autoprokat" on August 26, 2020 at 10 am. A company representative confirmed by phone a day in advance that the car would be available. However, on arrival at the company's premises, it turned out that there were no cars. Maybe be after about an hour. Perhaps I would have waited, however, instead of apologizing, a company employee began to claim that knowing nothing about my reservation, asking foolish questions such as whether he «S come here by taxi, etc. And in the end announced that the car will not give at all. It should be noted that the employee claimed not to have spoken to me on the phone, possibly I had spoken to a colleague, but the voices and pronunciation were absolutely identical, so they were more likely to be lies. Don't rely on this company! Its employees are only able to disrupt daily plans and spoil the mood, not to deliver the promised service!
