Items not as ordered

I ordered three items from Hanes.com. The first two were for MULTI-Colored Women’s Underwear. The third item was for Women’s underwear in a different style. My Multi Colored were 100% WHITE. Seriously? And the rest of the order was canceled, but I was not given any shipping discount etc. User’s recommendation: Run don’t walk to another vendor.

They have neddle holes in them the last two packs have been that way.We always buy hanes tshirts they nornale dont have holes in them

Inferior quality in underwear

Used to buy Hanes quite a lot. However, the fabric in the underwear would get holes in it after very little use. Apparently they are making underwear low quality to get people to buy them again as they prematurely wear out. I refuse to buy them now. User’s recommendation: Do not buy.

I received a text that said I needed to pay one dollar more to get my purchase shipped

I ordered a white hooded full zipper sweatshirt size xl I had aggravation placing the order. My customer service representative said I would pay only 11.00 due to my aggravation. The order was placed. A few days later I received a note from fedex asking for 1.00????
