Invoices for house management are made on the same principle - everything is listed as part of the management fee (house maintenance, repairs and so on), but at the moment when something needs to be repaired in the house, additional expenses appear. Heating must also be paid for during the summer, as there are some maintenance costs. During the transition, no one cares about the house - all they do is issue invoices, transfer money to the janitor and collect the rest for themselves : ) it's nothing that the house collapses together, just pay for "management".
