Whats gone wrong

Been at Hakim for at least 12 15 yrs. Up until about 3 4 yrs ago have had no complaints. I recently published my frame and lenses everying was service was very good but at end when i ask for lenses cleaning solution he tell me i have to PAY for it but when i want two days later to get my glasses adjusted they were giving FREE with case and the cleaing cloth.I am just wondering... Poor quality of service after purchase
