Poor service
The customer is not important to this institution. When ordering sushi at home several times, I promise that it will be delivered within an hour, when after 2 hours I wondered where our sushi is or will be delivered, for the first time, I replied that I will have to wait another hour, I cancel the order myself for the second and third time. It's a mockery of the customer. Initially promises delivery within an hour, but can not deliver even two. Then warn you right away that you will have to wait longer than 2 hours, most likely 3 hours. We were warned by phone only about paying in cash. Staff do not live up to their responsibilities. Obviously, the owners "save" at the expense of the number of waiters, couriers. The chefs prepare delicious, but they can't handle the number of orders.
