Gumtree have taken $92 out of my acc 3 times totally unacceptable

I got money taken it out of my acc 3 times which is totally unnaceptable. Also it was $92 and my ad got taken down for no reason as it was completely appropriate and then I repaid again and it took more then 92 3 times

Taking money and removing my ad

I placed an ad, and it was removed straight away. I tried again and yet again the money was taken but ad deleted. The costumer care service was horrendous, and online help I found absolutely ignorant.
