Motel room

This room is so hot I am sweating bullets. There are no blankets on the bed, or no Wi-Fi. Those are definitely three amenities they claim to have. I would like to check out and get a refund. This feels this is unacceptable! User’s recommendation: Don’t come here it’s too hot.

Incorrect shipping address needs changed

Hard to get threw to customer service. When finally got threw was told it was 3rd party issue n I would get returned call. Never happened. So someone else got my package n Im out the $ User’s recommendation: Customer service.

Cancel and refund an order

I was able to get in contact with them and was given my refund within a timely fashion. The customer service representative via chat was quick to help me.

Cancel Groupon deal

I purchased some event coupons I wasnt able to use them before expiration so I needed to cancel. I finally did get the Groupons canceled my money refunded
