Customer service agent cost me money

The customer service agent refunded me Groupon bucks when I told them I did not want it and I wanted to leave the groupons alone. Then they refused to make it right and it now cost me an additional $80.

I cannot reach a human being to help me solve a problem that cannot be solved with automated systems. Companies out of business, stopped their Groupon participation and were not removed from the website/app,, I cant locate one of the businesses I purchased. Cant get help from Grupon

Event was canceled and I was not notified

Hi i purchase a mater piece mixer and I made a appointment online for Aug 7 from 1pm to 3pm but no one never show up for the event I spoke to someone online multiple time on Groupon and I would like my full refund back this been a week and I not happy
