Even after my call to Groovebook, they were unable to take care of my problem of my credit card not working. I was supposed to get a call back from them within 2 days and that never happened either. I ended up just canceling my subscription.
Need help signing in to my account for some reason wont let me reset my password its very frustrating please help call me at 407-486-**** User’s recommendation: Be more accessible.

Can’t put in order

After choosing the photos to order, dont know what to click – nothing stated on screen . Would like to speak with someone – thx
It charged my credit card for an order that i never made on an app called groove book. It says I cant cancel the order and it will continue to charge my credit card and I havent been able to get in contact with anyone that can help me. Please help.

Poor service, does not deliver the product

Online store 110.shop floods the Internet with tempting advertisements for good, fast, high-quality service and delivery of goods, thus misleading consumers. When asking for a solution, change the product in the order and confirm the new delivery date. Unfortunately, the product is not delivered in it either. The operators are rude, dismissive - the furniture is somewhere, I don't know, it takes 2 days to find the product in the logistics that was in stock. Nobody answers emails, no goods, no money. To a repeated question, when there will be delivery of the order, already respond - within a week should. Even contacting the President's Chancellery is more realistic than contacting the 110.shop store. If you want to give someone your money, receive unkind service and negative emotions, please - the online store 110.shop will provide it for you.
