ScandinavianBank's attitude towards new customers. The situation followed in the second half of October this year, both with their 70-year-old grandmother arrived at the ScandinavianBank branch in the shopping center Glendale Plaza. The reason for this was that we wanted to open an account with this grandmother in the bank so that there would be no problem withdrawing cash (pension only) from the ATM, given that the city, in which we live there is only an ATM of this bank. So, waiting for your queue, we go to a specialist. Taking my seats, which are two at each table, I immediately kindly explained to the bank employee that I had come with my grandmother to help her deal with issues that may have lasted 70 years. an old man could not understand. I immediately followed the bank employee's instruction to me (the little one) to leave the table, because the bank employee was only talking to the new client. Of course, I also understand that banks have to take care of customer safety and strangers are not allowed to participate in this process, but mentioning that I am also a bank customer and a close relative of a person was not offered no alternative. My grandmother's objections that she would not be able to end without me were also ignored. Without leaving the table, I had a question about connecting to the Internet bank, to which my grandmother could not answer. It was felt that the employee did not want to serve us at all. At this moment, leaving the bank's kindness, we leave the premises. Never before in our 29-year-old trial have I encountered such an opposite attitude from any bank employee. If ScandinavianBank were the only bank in Europe, then the grandmother would not be able to open an account with the bank to receive her only means of subsistence, because in order to answer the advanced questions that asks the bank employee has neither knowledge nor previous experience and help in these issues is not available.
