Low quality hosting, SMS services
Hello everyone. Basically, I will try not to write anything superfluous. I've been using suncore for quite some time, a couple of months ago I had almost no problem really complaining, but now it's all over. The first is that the server was shut down for ~ 5 days, but no one could even tell what was really going on, just really squirt in the email that "we work very hard". In the end, it was only visible that a "new" control panel has been installed, which was max 40% complete, bugged + after all, ftp speeds are literally devastating. Some 4-6x need to connect to the server to connect at all, and then still it's speed. I am editing a ~ 20kb file, but uploading it is only possible with the 3rd time. Okay, I could still forgive it,as if they were added for 5 days. Next was that no payout was made. And it is no longer the case that the contract or something is not read. The disbursement deadline was clear and unambiguous (20 May), but nothing has yet been disbursed. In an email I asked what was happening and why it was not being paid. The email was followed by a threat with a ban from the whole suncore and the fact that "costs are delayed and suncore can't do anything there." With all this, I think, already has a pretty bad reputation in the eyes of customers, but NO, that's not all. :D Yesterday I went into this "crappy" gamepad and realized that I can't turn my server on, off, or restart. Basically, the console is not connected to a server (console in France, server in Canada). I wrote my problem in an e-mail, after 5 minutes I received a letter that everything seemed to work, but absolutely nothing had changed.Today is the second day when I can't even turn on the server and no one answers the e-mail. I hope I got to write more or less coherently. Decide for yourself if it makes sense to use any of the services of this office, I do not recommend any services of this office to anyone.
