05.06.2020 I ordered a laptop Ideapad S145-15Iil 15.6 Fhd I3-1005G1 4Gb 128Ssd Dos Black 81W800Crpb. The order and confirmation e-mail had the following entry: "You can pick up the item from 18:00 on 19.06.2020". 14 days delivery seemed like a long time, but in covid time it can be understood. However, when I arrived for the item on June 19, the employee announced that the order had been canceled (canceled) because it had to be removed within 10 days. I showed the information of AZ Electronics sent by e-mail, about the date of receipt of the product - June 19. On it, the employees (now 3 pieces) shrugged that they didn't understand anything and everyone who could know something "as usual is away". Offered to buy something from the stock in the store, so to speak "but the desired model or equivalent computer was not available. Disappointment is great. I warn other AZ Electronics customers to pay attention to the delivery times specified by the company - they can be misleading!
