Poor service
My worries with IT Bank start when I decide to take out a car loan. I chose IT Bank because I am a customer of a bank. I waited for more than a week for confirmation of the loan and no one knew me until I started calling and writing mails! When I got my credit started, the next problems with the "smart ID" for this smart program took half a day and finally it turned out that my contract was not in my internet bank at all! The next day the contract was ready for approval! From the day I approved the contract will start the next problem, withdrawal! Internet banking does not allow me to confirm the withdrawal of such a large amount and IT Bank 24 hours a day finds out I have not picked up the phone for more than a week!Call several times a day but the line seems busy all the time! Now an hour of standing in line at the bank! Never advertise with you as a bank where to take credit! Good job SEB!
