Poor service

I often connect to the "Unlimited Internet for the day" service, but I need to call the amigo center and request it every time to start working so that they do something for the cause, because the service does not work. There have been days when you have to wait for several hours before the service begins to work, but I'm sorry - I pay for 24 hours instead of 4 (and that's only if the service provider suggesting it!) Arrange but the system a shame that the Australian problems such are not addressed and money is scammed!
