Damages the phone and refuses repair
02.08.2020 I submitted the phone for warranty repair, with a complaint that it locks in until LG writes, and did not close further. The phone was taken for repair. When I visit this service at Mols shopping center today, an employee with poor knowledge of the state language claims to me that the chip on the phone is damaged and repairs have been refused. And a new chip costs € 350. The technical opinion given to me says something completely different. That the body is damaged, so repairs are denied. When I got home, I found that the staff of this super service had damaged the screen of my phone. Toll phone repair with minor body scratches, I was returned with a crack in the top screen and still with refused repair. Very poor service and unkind staff in this office! All the papers I have on hand and there is also a copy of the Repair Receipt because the original was taken away from me! I will turn to CRPC and independent expertise! I do not recommend visiting this office!
