Poor service

It was uncomfortable when I bought an all-day ticket for 2 persons for 51 dollars and when I arrived in front of me when all the pipes were closed. There is only a spa area available then you could normally warn and post on the internet everywhere when it is closed that so much money is taken from people because I still can't find where it is written. Although it was as if buying tickets it had to be written on a website in red that I claimed to be a Liv water park employee but it wasn't me on the whole website account. Could at least lower prices did not impose for all day in the room to sit in the spa and 51euro and dishes in the cafe highly tasteless and no offer.
