The store has become so overstuffed with trucks after trucks that it’s mentally and physically exhausting. The stores aren’t big enough to hold all this stuff nor can we organize it all to go where it absolutely needs to go! There’s no room for anything, the aisles…
…. it use to be so easy to run in & find something you were looking for and more …… but it now turned into a damn Goodwill type of store ….. who has that kind of time to search through racks & racks of clothes . I would rate them negative stars if i could ....

I’ve been shopping at Gordmans for probably over a decade. It had great prices and a department store layout. My last visit, which will be my last visit, was so disappointing. The store now basically looks like a Goodwill. Long racks of unorganized, *** clothes. The Gordmans I used to know and love is dead.
I recently went into what used to be my favorite store….Gordmans and it now looks like a marshalls or other stores that use those long racks, with clothes stuffed into them, all wrinkled, and no viewing of new arrivals at the store. Not to mention now you have to…
Poor service
Australian gaze! You can't call! Call and wait for an answer in about 25 min! There is no answer in either Australian or foreign language. Interestingly, the voucher will also be charged for what I did not receive? So I want to say that the quality of service is very, very poor. I wanted to buy a new gas stove and talk to a master to add. It is probably better to buy electricity and give up Australian gas services altogether.
