On a Saturday have three checkouts open lines at least 25-30 people deep just ridiculous they run you through a maze like school kids it’s ridiculous

Poor service
Australian gaze! You can't call! Call and wait for an answer in about 25 min! There is no answer in either Australian or foreign language. Interestingly, the voucher will also be charged for what I did not receive? So I want to say that the quality of service is very, very poor. I wanted to buy a new gas stove and talk to a master to add. It is probably better to buy electricity and give up Australian gas services altogether.
