I need replacement parts,hand grips

TO WHOM CONCERN, I PURCHASES A WALKER AND THE Handle grips wore out. how do i get replacement grips. In addition the pins that held up the handle bars slipped down and no longer work. how do we fix it and get more pin. thank you Karen Hart 59-559-****
