Defective furniture.
I live in a small town, furniture stores are of course not a big choice, so we bought Optima furniture, every time we bought a piece of furniture we came across a damaged product - the corner of the chest of drawers crumbled, sections even several corners, the desk scratched. Every time the same thing, damaged during delivery (not ours)... We send a photo, write an agreement and wait 2 weeks, promise to change the product within a week, but nothing. The service also sticks when everyone has to buy the product kindly and with a smile, but when they write an agreement about a defective product, then the attitude changes immediately. Is it really so difficult to stack the product wisely without distorting the product? Meet in this store a buyer over a cat bag, as if in the store all the beautiful and good, but realistic packaging defects. And for that we pay money - for the defect and waiting for 2 weeks, although the product is needed on the day of purchase. If you are reading this Optimas furniture agents, recommend change store policies - at the sales store to open the packaging and check the condition of the goods, because you are selling a new product not damaged!
